In this video, our clients Philip and Vicki talk about their experience with BpH Wealth.

Philip:

We started our business and it became successful quite quickly. We were recommended by Vicki's parents who were using BpH Wealth to go and see them and see what we could do with our money. What has been really great is that they haven't treated us any different, or we don't feel as they've treated us any different, from somebody who's been a client of theirs for 20-30 years or even more successful than we have. It's refreshing.

Vicki:

They're very approachable and they've always been very approachable from the very first day when we met Michael and John. Probably what we were most worried about in going to somebody like that was that we'd be made to feel like we couldn't ask silly questions or that they'd speak in a language we didn't understand. That's never been the case with BpH Wealth.

Philip:

We'd obviously looked at our own finances and kept tight control ourselves on our business finances and our personal finances. But to have somebody see it in a different light and show us projections and forecasts and what could be done, that was really good to see on the big screen.

Vicki:

It was a little bit daunting and I think it forced us to ask questions that we'd not addressed before but yes, very helpful and probably has changed the way we organise things.

Now that we're five years into the process it's made things a lot easier, and doing that process with BpH Wealth has made our whole life easier really. Not just the business but the way we organise things and it's become natural for us really whereas to start with it was not something that we'd done before.

Philip:

Some of the thinks that John had recommended in the past were new to us. But now every week or every month we'll see something new on the TV or we'll read something new in the paper and we'll pick up the phone to John and we'll ask his advice or his recommendation. So it's actually opened our eyes to different opportunities and possibilities. It's great, John will come back with a recommendation and that's going to help us and aid us further along.

I think the approach that BpH Wealth have had with us is that they've treated us as equals, which is great for us. They're very approachable as Vicki has said, we can talk to them about our needs and we get an honest answer, and a respectful answer as well which is great, its just what we need because we're learning. It's like in our business, we learn every single day and we're learning things from John and Michael every time we speak to them which for us is great for us. They talk to us in a way that we understand, in layman terms basically.

Vicki:

I would say that you need to get financial advice but from a company that is not just interested in your wealth but also in your whole lifestyle, in your interests, that cares about your business not just your money. When we speak to BpH Wealth they ask us questions about our whole family, about things which we've been doing, it's not just about the money side of things.

If I could think of one word to describe BpH it would be 'reassuring'.

Philip:

I think one word to describe BpH Wealth would be 'supportive'.
