I am fortunate in that I enjoy my job and all aspects of the role:

I provide support to Simon Brown, John Redmond and Rachel Jones ensuring that they have what is required to provide our clients with the most professional and efficient service. My role is predominantly running the annual review process, which involves obtaining pre review information, updating cash flow and client profile mind maps to ensure that everything is up to date so that client review meetings run smoothly. This also includes making sure that any post meeting actions are followed up. I enjoy working as a team to ensure that our clients get the best possible service, and making sure that everything is accurate and up to date.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Key achievements:

  • Since working for BpH I have passed two exams giving me the Certificate in Financial Services. I am continuing to study to broaden my knowledge, with the eventual outcome to achieve a Diploma in Financial Planning.
  • Being promoted from Administrator to Client Services Administrator.
