I am fortunate in that I enjoy my job and all aspects of the role:

I provide support to the advisers, ensuring that they have what is required to provide our clients with the most professional and efficient service. My role is predominantly running the annual review process, which involves obtaining pre review information, updating cash flow and client profile mind maps to ensure that everything is up to date so that client review meetings run smoothly. This also includes making sure that any post-meeting actions are followed up. I enjoy working as a team to ensure that our clients get the best possible service, and making sure that everything is accurate and up to date.

CII Certificate in Financial Services

In my spare time:

I love spending time with my Daughter, who keeps me very busy with days out and we’re lucky that we live 5 minutes away from Whipsnade Zoo, so we spend a lot of time up there! I also enjoy socialising with my family and friends, going to the gym and baking.
