I provide administration support:
I contribute to the smooth running of the administrative function within the firm. My responsibilities include preparing valuation reports and carrying out investment dealing for clients. I also work closely with Darren and Elspeth to develop and improve systems and procedures to ensure that we deliver a professional and efficient service.
I joined BpH in March 2020, having worked in Financial Services Complaints Administration and Accounts. My role as a Complaints Investigator involved analysing customer complaints, reviewing document proof and acknowledging the complaints – this enabled me to better understand some of the principles of the Financial Services Industry, as Data protection and striving to reach a fair outcome for each customer were integral to the way complaints were handled.
I was aspiring to set my foot on a career path in Financial Planning and feel very lucky to have joined the business and to have the opportunity to learn and develop.
Qualifications:
I have a degree in Financial Management and I am currently studying towards the CII Diploma in Financial Planning.
In my spare time:
I enjoy spending time with my family, discovering new places together and watching my sons grow, learn and bond brings me great joy.
I also love making sourdough bread and enjoy baking birthday cakes for everyone around me.
